The candidate will be responsible for:
- Talent Management
- HR Operations
- Performance Management
- Learning & Development and Employee Engagement
- HR Technology & Analytics
The candidate must possess:
- Preferably Master’s Degree in Human Resources
- Minimum of 12 – 15 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Must have experience of working in SAP SuccessFactors or any reputable HCMS.
