CHARCOAL PVT. LTD. is hiring “Customer Representative Officer” for its Marketing Department. The candidate must have 02 to 03 years of working experience in same role.
Major Responsibilities:
- Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers.
- Escalating customers queries and concerns via social media and calls, when necessary.
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer customer’s questions.
- Offer personalized shopping advice and assistance based on customer preferences and needs.
Education: Graduation.
Salary: 45k.
