Charcoal is looking for Assistant Manager- Talent Acquisition & OD for its Head Office, Ferozepur Road, Lahore.

Experience: 02-04 years preferably in retail fashion brand

Education: Bachelor’s degree / Master’s Degree

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for managing recruitment and selection in detail within a defined timeline.
2. Designing, updating, and executing JDs .
3. Providing Support in designing Learning & Development Programs.
4. Assisting Manager HR & OD in Development initiatives.
5. Supporting an immediate supervisor in scheduling meetings and noting minutes of meeting
6. Performing all other duties as assigned
