Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree with 10-14 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proficiency in call center operations and omni-channel management.
  • Essential skills: process engineering, data visualization, survey analysis, community engagement, presentation, and interpersonal communication.
