Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design and production teams to develop seasonal woven wear collections that align with Carom’s brand aesthetic and target market.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify emerging styles, fabrics, and techniques for woven wear.
- Manage product development timelines to ensure timely delivery of samples and production orders.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Monitor product quality and provide feedback to ensure adherence to Carom’s standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform merchandising strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textiles, Business, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in woven wear merchandising, preferably in the adult’s apparel industry.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric sourcing, and production processes.
