- Customer Relations Officer:
The main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, this role involves handling and resolving customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, while providing accurate product or service information. - Admin Officer:
In a dealership setting, this role manages the day-to-day operations, ensuring that everything runs efficiently and seamlessly. Duties include overseeing office supplies, equipment, and administrative resources, as well as organizing and maintaining filing systems specific to dealership operations. The individual is also responsible for scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and organizing events related to sales or service. - Cashier:
Responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, or debit payments. Duties include ensuring the proper operation of the cash register, maintaining accurate cash drawers, providing customers with receipts, and managing returns or exchanges.
