Position: Site Supervisor
Experience:- 4-6 years
Education: Gradate or masters
Location: Lahore
Responsibilities:
· Foreseeing Renovation projects timelines and costs.
· Ensure the Standard approved materials for renovation of outlets.
· Scheduling and implementing execution deployment for renovation processes to ensure all tasks are completed seamlessly.
· Timely starting and ending of renovation sessions and communication between departments about their activities at projects.
· Following-up with vendors to address site issues timely and to ensure rectifications simultaneously.
· Ensure the finishing quality of all activities at the end of the project, are according to approved checklist.
· Closeout and handing over the site with renovation checklist with preparation of pending tasks and snag list.
· Collaboration on projects with the head of the department to conduct site surveys, site reports, and project follow-ups with different departments and with vendors to address site issues to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
