Position Details:Job Title: Fashion Designer
Education: BS/MS in Fashion Design
Experience: 2-5 years (preferably within the sportswear industry)
Location: Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Lahore
Responsibilities:
-Create innovative and aesthetically pleasing apparel designs that align with market trends and brand aesthetics.
-Develop sketches, mood boards, and design concepts for various sportswear & casualwear collections.
-Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications for apparel development and ensure that designs meet performance and safety standards.
-Research and select appropriate materials and fabrics that are comfortable, moisture-wicking, and durable, considering specific sports requirements.
-Select color schemes and graphics that are appealing, on-brand, and enhance the garment’s visual identity
-To ensure that logos and branding elements are appropriately incorporated (according to our brand guidelines).
-Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and sales, to ensure designs meet business goals.
-Conducting competitor research to proactively design the product that suits customer needs.
-Performing material research through different channels for the aid of designing the best possible solution for customers.
-Conducting fitting trials for different product categories to ensure the comfort and product durability of customers.
