JOB SCOPE:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the retail industry.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure the best possible fit for each role.
- Oversee HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, payroll, compensation, and benefits, etc.
EDUCATION:
📌 Bachelors or MBA in HR
EXPERIENCE:
📌 Minimum 03 years in Fashion Retail
📍 LOCATION: Karachi Based
