Job Description:
Ensure the implementation of Academic Calendar in accordance with the policies and procedures of BIC and international partners.
Ensure timely development and implementation of timetables for each semester.
Communicate all programme changes to students and staff.
Ensure that all the teaching material is uploaded on scholastic (Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)) by the Teaching staff.
Ensure the timely commencement of Internal Verification and External Verification processes of Pearson degree programmes.
Perform other assigned duties as directed by the Head of Academics.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the student learning experience.
