Location: Karachi
Bank Alfalah Limited is looking for an Officer to drive process improvements, focusing on automation, digitization, and UI/UX enhancements to elevate customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize processes
- Document business requirements
- Collaborate on process modeling and automation
- Lead UAT and measure process impact
Requirements:
Atleast Bachelor’s degree
1-2 years of relevant experience in transformation and optimization, business process re-engineering, continuous improvement initiatives.
Individuals with business and technical skills, preferably with Project Management and Technical knowledge skillset e.g. RPA, OCR, GenAI, AI/ML
Strong banking process knowledge
