Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in a business related degree
Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
Knowledge of A/C Opening, cheque book issuance, ATM cards and operations of Branch Banking.
Handle Clearing / Remittance & Pay Order issuance / cancellation counter effectively / timely.
Resolving Customer complaints, able to assess their needs and guide them accordingly.
To render the highest level of services to customers.
To meet and greet customers.
