- Atleast 4-5 years post qualification relevant experience. Working experience in reputed PHC recognized healthcare facility in a mid or full managerial role will be an added advantage.

- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful times
- Strong critical thinking skills Â
- Must have leadership quality and organizational skills
