BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫 (𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬).
Responsibilities :
o Design and implement creative visual displays specifically for newborn accessories.
o Develop and execute innovative merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience, with a particular emphasis on newborn products.
o Continuously introduce fresh and creative ideas to update and revitalize store displays, especially for newborn sections.
o Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure visual displays align with promotional activities and brand guidelines, focusing on newborn merchandise.
o Maintain high visual merchandising standards across all stores, with a special emphasis on the newborn accessories section.
Requirements :
o Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 within a retail environment, with a strong background in newborn accessories.
o Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and effective displays for newborn products.
o Excellent eye for detail and a highly creative mindset.
o Ability to generate new ideas and concepts to keep displays fresh and engaging, particularly for newborn items.
o Proficiency in visual merchandising software and tools is a plus.
