BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐫 (𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧).
Responsibilities:
o Design and develop innovative printed textiles that align with market trends and customer preferences.
o Ensure all printed textiles meet our high-quality standards and specifications.
o Collaborate with the product development team to create cohesive design concepts.
o Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies in textile printing.
o Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for production.
o Work closely with the production team to ensure the accurate translation of designs into final products.
Requirements:
o BS in Textile Design or a related field
o Minimum of 3 years of experience in textile design, with a focus on print.
o Expertise in textile design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop).
o Proven experience in the retail industry.
o Strong understanding of fabric properties and production processes.
o Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
o Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
