Bachaa Party is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of Senior Merchandiser (Stationary).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Develop and implement merchandising strategies for stationary products to maximize sales and profitability.
o Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform product assortment and merchandising decisions.
o Conduct store visits to evaluate product presentation, gather feedback, and ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
o Plan and execute effective product placement and display strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales.
o Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure optimal stock levels and timely replenishment of stationary products.
o Work with suppliers and vendors to source new products, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
o Support marketing and promotional activities by coordinating product displays and ensuring proper in-store execution.
REQUIREMENTS:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field.
o Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in merchandising, preferably within the retail sector.
o Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in the stationary industry.
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to conduct effective store visits and implement merchandising strategies.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
