BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐫 (𝑱𝒆𝒘𝒆𝒍𝒓𝒚, 𝑯𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒃𝒂𝒈𝒔, 𝑩𝒂𝒄𝒌𝒑𝒂𝒄𝒌𝒔 & 𝑯𝒂𝒊𝒓 𝑨𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Create innovative and original designs for jewelry, handbags, backpacks, and hair accessories.
o Develop sketches, renderings, and prototypes to bring new ideas to life.
o Utilize Adobe Illustrator to create detailed designs and technical drawings.
o Conduct market research to identify current trends and consumer preferences.
o Analyze competitors and stay updated on industry developments to ensure designs are current and competitive.
o Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand customer needs and incorporate feedback into designs.
o Ensure that all designs meet the company’s quality standards and specifications.
REQUIREMENTS:
o Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or a related field. Candidates with relevant design courses or certifications will also be considered.
o Proven experience in designing jewelry, handbags, backpacks, and hair accessories.
o Experience working with a company that produces these types of products is preferred.
o Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is must.
o Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
