BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐊𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 – 𝐅𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Lead the design process for the knitwear category across multiple seasons and collections.
o Develop innovative, trend-forward knit designs that align with the brand identity and customer preferences.
o Research and analyze fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and materials to inform design direction.
o Collaborate with the product development, sourcing, and merchandising teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with cost and production timelines.
o Create and manage detailed tech packs, design sheets, and sketches for sampling and production.
o Review samples, provide feedback, and work closely with vendors/suppliers to ensure product quality and design integrity.
o Maintain consistency in branding and product aesthetics across all knit collections.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
o 5+ years of experience in knitwear design, preferably in kidswear.
o Strong understanding of knit fabrics, garment construction, and pattern making.
o Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and design software.
o Excellent communication, time management, and team collaboration skills.
o A keen eye for detail, creativity, and innovation.
