BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐅𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐫 (𝐊𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐬 & 𝐖𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Create detailed fashion illustrations for the knits and woven section.
o Develop innovative design concepts and translate them into finished garments.
o Collaborate with the design team to ensure cohesive and marketable collections.
o Conduct market research to stay updated with current trends and incorporate them into designs.
o Prepare technical sketches and specifications for production.
o Ensure that all designs meet the company’s standards for quality and aesthetics.
REQUIREMENTS:
o Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in fashion design, with a focus on knits and woven fabrics.
o Strong artistic skills with proficiency in illustration software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
o A robust portfolio showcasing a range of fashion design projects.
o Excellent understanding of garment construction and fabric properties.
o Strong communication and teamwork skills.
o Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
o Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
