Bachaa Party Jobs Department Manager:
Bachaa Party is looking to hire an energetic and skilled candidate for the position of Department Manager for it’s retail store in Karachi.
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for complete supervision of designated sections.
- Will be responsible to increase sales and enhance customer services.
- Training of staff on regular basis.
- Train new hires on the standards and procedures of the company.
- From how to handle a negative customer experience to how to properly interact with customers.
- Ensure visual merchandising according to company’s requirement.
- Lead the team and sections under one department.
Requirements:
- 3 – 4 years of experience in a well – known retail brand as a Floor Manager or in a similar capacity.
- Experience of Hardline & Softline (Girls & Boys Apparel, Shoes, Infant Apparel, Toys, Infant Accessories, Stationary, & Jewelry) is a Plus.
- Minimum graduation.
- Communication people and leadership skills are must.
- Problem solving, confident, and energetic personality.
