Attock Petroleum Limited, a leading Oil Marketing Company is looking for Quantity Surveyor / Draftsman (Civil) for its construction projects.
Education: B-Tech / DAE (Civil)
Location: Rawalpindi
Experience: 3 – 5 Years (in OMC or any MNC)
No. of Positions: One (1)
Responsible to Review Bill of Quantities of Civil works before floating tenders, Check quantities of contractor’s bill before sending to finance department. Make necessary corrections in drawings at execution stage.
Develop BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and RFQs (Request for quotations)
Job Description:
Site Visits and Check quantities of contractor’s bills.
Make covering letters of contractor’s invoices
Make drawings for APL own designed jobs
Check quantities of civil works submitted by the consultants
Make variation orders
Prepare recaps of tenders
Estimation for budgeted jobs
Check natural ground level sheets prepared by third party
Proper record keeping of all activates at site.
