Attock Petroleum Limited, a leading Oil Marketing Company is looking for Executive Retail Development (COCOs Support).
Education: BBA (Hons) / MBA Sales & Marketing
No of Positions: 2
Experience: 3 to 5 years (experience in OMC is must)
Location: Rawalpindi & Karachi
Responsible to to assist the COCOs Incharge and coordination with site team to ensure smooth running of operations & compliance of time lines by the team. The role includes monitoring of sales, implementation of Company’s SOPs at all COCO
Implementation of SOPs:
Monitoring of SOPs implementations and timelines of monthly visit reports of Area Executives.
Correspondence with site team for regular reports of Sales, WSM, and to present a summary with analysis.
Monitoring of CCTV cameras of COCO sites to observe adherence of customer services standards, HSE and traffic management of Sites.
Scrutiny of Monthly site expenses Petty cash, electricity bills and other expenses approvals.
Prepare and update existing SOPs time to time to ensure effective controls.
Site Management & Monitoring:
Work as focal person to coordinate with Engineering, Finance, and Logistics for swift execution of required support to Area team.
Monthly review of COCO sales and prepare analysis.
To update all NFR agreements renewals and monthly recovery of NFR rentals.
Responsible to maintain monthly payments by company (institutions & landlord) for COCO sites (AGR, Operational Rentals, advertisement charges, Property Taxes) with coordination of finance.
Obtaining approvals from Management for timely availability of site equipment.
Monitor & report daily staff attendance of APL payroll staff at COCO sites.
Maintenance of company assets and equipment, replacement or transfers to be properly recorded and tracked.
Prepare a plan of promotional activities (Site Promotion/ Customer Service Day) in coordination with Team.
Monitor Area Incharges monthly touring and site inspection reports and present summary to COCO lnacharge to drive results.
To monitor staff attendance record with coordination of all incharges
Ensure monthly submission as consolidated attendance of 3rd party attendance
Operations Of COCO:
Coordinate between COCO team and Engineering to resolve day to day maintenance related issues at entire COCO network.
Maintain good channels of communication for customer feedback,
Review current ways of working and implementing improved processes and procedure where required.
Monitoring of implementation of Company policies, rules, procedures and standards at each COCO site.
Assist Cash insurance cover and to update the limits according to cash insurance policy and timely intimation to the Finance department for insurance cover (extended holidays, new site addition, revision limit in case of sales enhancement).
Focal Person of customer complaints, managing feedback and correspondence with customers & concerned department for timely rectification of the problems.
Actively seek new ways of bringing business to the company and maximizing the Company’s profit
