Urgent Hiring: Document Controller and Finance Coordinator
Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled Document Controller with a strong background in finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and organizing financial documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient document workflows.
Responsibilities:
Document Management: Oversee the organization and management of financial documents, maintaining a systematic filing and retrieval system.
Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial documents, conducting regular audits and reviews.
Compliance Assurance: Guarantee adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies in the handling and storage of financial documentation.
Recordkeeping: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of financial transactions, contracts, and relevant documentation.
Collaboration: Work closely with finance teams to understand document requirements, resolve queries, and provide necessary support.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the development of efficient document management procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
A minimum of 3- 4 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in a finance-related environment.
Strong understanding of financial processes and documentation requirements.
Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance in finance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Willing to work in night shift (7pm-4am)
