Amreli Steels Jobs Assistant Engineers Mechanical Maintenance:
Looking for Assistant Engineers Mechanical Maintenance for our Dhabeji Plant.
Job Specifications:
Education: BE (Mechanical)
Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
Location : Dhabeji
Job Requirements:
- Must have hands-on experience of the maintenance of mechanical equipment like gear boxes, Pumps, Over head cranes, Cooling towers, compressors, Hydraulic machinery etc.
- Able to work in Shifts to handle Preventive, Corrective and Predictive maintenance to ensure maximum availability of plant for Production.
- In case of a breakdown, the incumbent is required to develop the Failure Analysis Report and submit the same to his superior for relevant action.
- Preparation and compilation of documents like Shift report, History cards, Check lists, Down time Analysis report.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, P & IDs , Hydraulic schematics etc.
- Have basic knowledge of spare planning and able to modify spares as per requirement.
- Ensure adherence to all pertinent Safety Rules and Regulations and ensure understanding of the same by the junior staff.
