Aman Health Care Services Jobs Assistant Manager Admin Services:
Aman Health Care Services is looking for Assistant Manager Admin Services for the Head office and Stations to provide administrative and technical services.
Main Responsibility:
Services:
- Supervise administrative matters pertaining to general office administration.
- Ensure implementation of Admin SOP’s and keep proper documentation on regular basis.
- Proper record keeping of inventories.
Technical Facilities: - Take care of support teams to meet expectations and business SLA.
- Execute necessary action to achieve service KPI such as Response Time, Uptime, First Time Fix ratio, etc.
- Monitor/Execute necessary action to minimize service cost to improve service.
- Plan/Promote service productivity improvement project
- Assist in repair and maintenance work as per assigned timeline.
Qualification Criteria: - Graduate
- Additional D.A.E. qualification is preferred.
- 4 to 5 years of administration experience with reputable organization
- Age group between: 27-32 years
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage thing calmly under pressure.
