- Manage and lead the retail outlet team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Analyze sales trends, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to boost revenue.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability of the outlet.
- Address customer concerns and resolve complaints promptly.
