Alkaram Studio Jobs Customer Experience Manager:
We are looking for a “Customer Experience Manager” at Alkaram Studio.
Responsibilities:
1) Identify gaps in customer service and implement policies for exceptional customer experience.
2) Ensure VM of stores is aligned as per standard VM Guidelines and the store appearance continues to support AKS’s brand projection going forward.
3) Prepare daily store visibility report.
4) Ensure all call-outs are implemented as per standards.
5) Review category-wise store inventory from store appearance perspective and advise downstream for inventory movements.
6) Develop and implement customer service strategies.
7) Refine processes, and enhance brand reputation through exceptional customer interactions.
8) Train and supervise customer service representatives present in the network for new product launch, sales training and grooming.
9) Maintain new product and category induction training calendar.
10) Keep track of customer feedback/complaints and develop strategies to improve customer experience.
11) Guide customer facing teams in effective client issues resolution and handle any escalations.
12) Involvement in store design with retail and ensure store is inviting for customers.
13) Liaise with marketing team and VM for overall look and feel of the store.
14) Active involvement in new product launches from ideation till execution.
15) Ownership and maintenance of the CRM app in all respects.
Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience, ideally working in similar capacities in fashion retail brands
