Alkaram Studio Jobs Centralized Logistics Manager:

We are looking for a “Centralized Logistics Manager- Finished Goods Warehouse & Transportation” at Alkaram Studio.

Responsibilities:

Supervise the operation of finished goods warehouse, ensuring optimal layout, organization, and utilization of space.
Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping processes to maintain accurate inventory levels and meet customer demand.
Plan, coordinate, and optimize nationwide transportation activities, including truckload, less-than-truckload (LTL), and parcel shipments to meet delivery timelines and cost targets.
Collaborate with transportation carriers, freight and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to negotiate rates, secure capacity, and ensure service reliability.
Implement inventory management best practices to maintain accurate inventory records on Microsoft Dynamics D365.
Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to reconcile discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures to improve inventory accuracy.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including downstream planning, production, Folding, store & Online sales, and finance teams, to align logistics operations with business objectives and customer requirements.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor the performance of warehouse and transportation operations.
Generate regular reports and analysis on KPIs, operational metrics, and cost drivers to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and strategic planning efforts.

Qualifications: 5-7 years’ experience along with a Bachelors/Master’s degree Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
