Job Summary:
The Manager Branch Operations will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a retail branch, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and logistics. The successful candidate will lead a team of operations staff, drive operational excellence, and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of a retail branch, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and logistics.
  2. Lead a team of operations staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  3. Implement operational processes and procedures to drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Inventory Management:

  1. Manage inventory levels, including stock receipt, storage, and replenishment.
  2. Implement inventory management processes and procedures to minimize stockouts, overstocking, and inventory costs.

Customer Service:

  1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective complaint handling, issue resolution, and customer engagement.
  2. Implement customer service processes and procedures to drive customer loyalty and retention.

Logistics and Supply Chain:

  1. Manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and delivery.
  2. Implement logistics processes and procedures to drive efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the retail FMCG industry.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and process improvement.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with experience in managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
