Job Summary:
The Manager Branch Operations will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a retail branch, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and logistics. The successful candidate will lead a team of operations staff, drive operational excellence, and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a retail branch, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and logistics.
- Lead a team of operations staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Implement operational processes and procedures to drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory levels, including stock receipt, storage, and replenishment.
- Implement inventory management processes and procedures to minimize stockouts, overstocking, and inventory costs.
Customer Service:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective complaint handling, issue resolution, and customer engagement.
- Implement customer service processes and procedures to drive customer loyalty and retention.
Logistics and Supply Chain:
- Manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and delivery.
- Implement logistics processes and procedures to drive efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the retail FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with experience in managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
