IT Support Officer
Job duties of this position are as follows:
- Troubleshooting IT issues at the workplace
- Resolving employee tickets and complaints
- Installing new software and collaboration tools
- Maintaining and upgrading existing hardware devices
- Maintaining company assets, such as laptops, computers, printers, and peripherals
Required skills and qualifications:
- Communication and reporting skills
- A minimum of 1 year of IT support experience
- A Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of networking
- Problem-solving skills
