Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is looking for a 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 to join our Customer Service Department at our Warehouse in Korangi, Karachi. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction, we encourage you to apply!
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 0 to 6 months of experience in customer service, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:-
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order-related queries efficiently.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order processing and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the system accordingly.
- Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to streamline order fulfillment.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and prompt service.
