Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is recruiting for an experienced candidate for “Admin Officer” at Head Office, Karachi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing administrative functions and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Education:– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Experience:- Maximum 3 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:-

  • Provide overall administrative support to the organization.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, ordering necessary items when required.
  • Handle office maintenance, including liaising with vendors for repairs and maintenance services.
  • Oversee the company’s kitchen and canteen operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and availability of food supplies.
  • Supervise the office cleaning staff to ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises.
  • Prepare and maintain records related to office expenses, petty cash, and invoices.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations, as required.
