WE ARE HIRING Call Center Officer
Job Summary
This position requires an individual who embraces the responsibility of handling inbound/outbound calls, managing and resolving customer queries/complaints promptly. The call center officer will provide assistance to customers regarding investment solutions and should be flexible enough to work through different shifts (24/7).
Required Skills
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent customer service/ negotiation & problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- Proficiency in Ms. Office
- Ability to learn about products & services
- Familiar with CRM systems & practices
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor, preferably Master’s in any discipline / IFMP Certification is preferable
- Fresh or up to 1 year, Preferably Financial / Mutual funds industry
