We are looking for Procurement Executive – S.I.T.E Area (Karachi)
Skills and Requirements:
Education: BBA/Graduation
Experience: 2 to 3 years in FMCG, experience in purchase of Direct & Packaging Materials.

Requirements:
- Process purchase requisitions/orders within purchasing authority. Invite, assess, and award/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements.
- Make a positive contribution in bottom line by cost saving.
- Managing the supplier’s selection process.
- Negotiate with suppliers for optimum rates to procure quality materials and ensure quotations are obtained from suppliers within due time.
- Weekly maintain PR to PO cycle with Team.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Synchronize with end users for PR/PO update.
- Correspond with Account/Finance department for timely payment to suppliers.
- Procurement of material at competitive prices and deliver at the required locations.
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials as per MRP.
- Schedule the deliveries of PM as per (weekly/3 days) plan.
- Creating and maintaining records of orders to vendors as per requirements.
- Keep track of inventory in order to timely re-order to avoid any breakdowns in production.
- Creating and record invoices for payment.
- Ensure the right quality with OTIF (On Time In Full) to resist the rejection level and increase efficiency.
