Afiniti Pakistan Jobs Planning Manager/ Resource Manager:
Afiniti is looking to hire 2-4 x Planning Manager/ Resource Manager in its SID Team.

Education and Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science/ Business/ Engineering.
Experience and Skill Set:
-2-3 years of work experience.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with proficiency in using MS Excel.
-Ability to work US hours: 6 pm to 3 am.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the new SID incubation group in PK.
-Independently manage the entire planning function of SID, which is the telephony business unit at Afiniti.
-Manage SID trainings, certification programs, and to track utilization of all 90 – 100 SID employees.
-Responsible to oversee the development and implementation of project life cycle for the Afiniti deployment and production process.
-Independently handle planning and coordination of our Technology board sessions and act as POC for all the existing and future members.
-Design company-wide yearly plans and processes for standard operating procedures.
-Manage all SID events virtual and onsite.
