We at Adcom Leo Burnett are looking to hire a Strategy Associate for our Karachi office with a year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate would be responsible for designing and implementing strategies that will facilitate in improvement of the client’s brand value within its relevant market. Alongside, you would need to be passionate about media and technology, curious about what makes consumers tick, proactive in your work outlook, and have a keen eye on cultural insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a strong understanding of the assigned brands,
• Interrogate products for competitive USP, learn about business data, U&A studies, qualitative/quantitative reports,
• Monitor ‘news’ for relevant and topical information that may be relevant to the brands/categories you work on/understand client business.
• Attend research so you can summarize key take-outs for the agency. Learn to write research briefs.
• Gather relevant information from secondary research. That can serve as the basis for insight development/category understanding and competitive scenarios.
