ACT Polyols Pvt Ltd is looking for the position of “Senior Executive” – Instrumentation and Control in its Maintenance & Utilities Department.
Education: Diploma/ B.Tech I&C/ BS will be preferred.
Experience: 2-3 Years
Location: Nooriabad
Job Responsibilities:
Instrumentation Maintenance:
- Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of all instrumentation equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for instrumentation systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve instrumentation issues in a timely manner.
Control Systems:
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems.
- Implement and update control logic as per process requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of process control systems.
Project Execution:
- Lead and manage instrumentation and control projects.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Calibration and Testing:
- Oversee the calibration of instruments to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain calibration schedules and records.
- Maintain detailed records of instrumentation systems, including manuals, drawings, and specifications.
