ACT Polyols Private Limited is looking for the position of “Microbiologist” in its Quality Assurance Department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Microbiological analysis and reporting of raw materials, Semi-finished, final products, packaging materials and water.
- Environmental hygiene monitoring, viable and non-viable airborne testing, swab testing and reporting.
- Media preparation, Growth promotion test for media, (as per USP/BP) and media maximum storage time validation.
-Good knowledge about ISO classes and USP grades and their specifications for clean and sterilized areas.
-SOPs writing, development and validation of analytical procedures.
Technical Skills:
- Skills of training personnel about cGMP, personal hygiene, and risk assessment.
- Knowledge of critical equipment used in manufacturing
- Hands on experience of Analytical instrument calibration
- Process validation, Cleaning validation, Maximum holding time validation.
Qualification: Bsc/Msc Microbiology.
Experience: 1-2 Years
Location: Nooriabad
