ACT Polyols Private Limited is looking to hire “HR Generalist” in its Human Resources department.
Qualifications: BBA/MBA or related.
Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Organisational Development’s side.
- Expertise in MS Office (Especially in Excel)
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills.
What You will be expected to do:
- Assistance in Employee goal setting, KPIS, & manage over all L&D process.
-Collaborate with various departments to align HR strategies with business objectives
-Analyse HR data, identify trends, and provide insights for improvement in HR Policies.
-Offer strategic support to senior management on HR-related matters
-Stay up-to-date with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards
-Sound knowledge for creating Job Descriptions for recruitment.
Location: Clifton- 2 Talwar
Timings: 10 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday).
