Maria. B. Designs (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for Sr Customer Services Executive for E Commerce. The incumbent should be graduated from reputed institute.
He/ She should be Responsible for:
- Providing customer support via telephone, e-mail, voice chat or in-person
- Informing customers about products
- Responding to customer queries
- Resolving customer complaints
- Suggesting solutions for common problems
- Preparing documents and reports
- Updating customer database
- Training new customer service agents
- Collaborating with the management team
- Improving overall customer satisfaction
