Netkom Technologies is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to fill the role of Team Lead within our Fixed Network Department. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at the forefront of telecommunications technology.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of fixed network infrastructure.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize network performance and reliability.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the department.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications with a focus on fixed network infrastructure.
- Proven leadership experience, including team management and project coordination.
- Strong understanding of fixed network technologies such as DSL, fiber optics, and Ethernet.
- Proficiency in network design and configuration, including knowledge of protocols such as TCP/IP and SNMP.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) is a plus.
