We are hiring ! Assistant Human Resources Business Partner (Karachi based)
Responsibilities:
Provide full support to HRBP for retail staff nationwide to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.
Liaise with retail staff to coordinate internal movement
Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances
Requirements and skills:
· Proven work experience as an HR business partner
· Excellent people management skills
· Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
BBA/MBA degree in Human Resources or related field
