We are looking to hire an Assistant Manager Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track, receive, and issue inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
- Instruct workers to perform physical stock counts and reconcile actual stock to ERP stock based on a weekly schedule.
- Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
- Develop and implement inventory control systems and practices for Inventory Warehouse.
- Lead monthly closing activity from the Inventory and Finished Goods warehouses.
- Ensure all bin cards are updated, with proper item tagging and aisle management.
- Intimate procurement team for replenishing inventory items below safety stock levels and revision of schedules for items near maximum inventory levels.
- Coordinate with the Production department related to daily issuance and resolve issues (if any).
- Effectively monitor the flow of goods and implement the first in-first out (FIFO) method.
Requirements:
- MBA in Supply Chain
- At least 3 Years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command on MS Office.
