Responsibilities and Duties:
- Strong grasp of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) and database concepts.
- Design process flows, use cases, sequence diagrams, and wireframes using Microsoft Visio.
- Prepare Functional Specifications Document (FSD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) document, API Document, and User Manuals.
- Act as a bridge between business users and internal teams, coordinating with developers and SQA engineers to explain system requirements and solutions.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex process and technology issues using a problem-solving approach.
Skills and Requirements:
- Masters / Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 3.00.
- Fresh candidates or up to 5 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Functional Consultants or Data Analysts are also encouraged to apply for the Business Analyst role.
- Effective planning, organization, and task management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
