Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Identify and target new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
· Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our products and services.
· Utilize solution selling techniques to identify customer pain points and position our offerings as the ideal solution.
· Effectively negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure customer requirements are met and provide feedback on market trends.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
· Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential areas for improvement.
· Effectively manage channel partners, providing necessary training, support, and incentives to drive sales growth.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
· 2-4 years of proven success in sales, key account management, or a similar role.
· Strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitor landscape.
· Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
· Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
· A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through direct customer interactions.
· Experience in managing and nurturing key accounts, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Ability to effectively diagnose customer needs, identify pain points, and present compelling solutions through our products and services.
· A demonstrated history of generating new business opportunities and converting them into profitable partnerships.
· Expertise in cross-selling complementary products and services, and skilled in negotiating favorable pricing and contracts.
· Experience in collaborating with and managing channel partners, including providing training, support, and performance analysis.
