- Conduct social listening using GA4, Data Studio, and other tools to analyze online activity.
- Set up and manage dashboards for data visualization.
- Perform online research to stay informed about industry trends and conduct brand image monitoring.
- Implement crisis management strategies when necessary.
- Manage social media accounts, publishing posts, and engaging with the community.
