Key Responsibilities:
- Receives samples and sorts them before their processing on different lab sections
- Saves the samples in a systematic manner and retrieves when required
- Performs routine and specialized tests in an accurate and timely manner in the relative section
- Accurately performs and interprets quality control testing to ensure accuracy of results.
- Records quality control results in log sheets as well as prepares Levey Jennings (LJ) charts. Also identifies any failures in QC results and does necessary rectifications
- Effectively identifies, segregates and handles different kinds of wastes as per developed SOP. Also participates in waste and spillage management procedures
Requirements:
- B.Sc MLT or MSc with at least 3-5 years of experience
- Good analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity
