Customer Services Representative:
1- Online orders proceeding.
2- Audit of online booked parcels.
3- Maintain Online Returns.
4- Resolve Courier Issues.
5- Shipper Advice.
6- Daily Sale Report.
7- Courier Return Reports.
8- Reconciliation Of courier ledgers with the finance team.
9- Daily liaison with the ginkgo team.
10-Daily liaison with the retail network for online order queries.
11-Complaint handling of Retail and online customers. (All platforms)
12-WhatsApp queries.
13-Liason with the creative agency for products.
