Technical Content Writer – NayaPay
We are looking for a Technical Content Writer to join NayaPay’s growing team!
What You’ll Do:
- Create, review, and revise technical documentation, such as functional specifications, API manuals, process flows, system operations documents, reports, etc.
- Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.
- Research the subject matter before writing on specialized topics.
- Work with subject matter experts to understand the content requirements.
- Edit and update the existing technical content on every change request in the system.
- Develop and maintain a detailed database of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and implementation specifications.
- Write documentation for internal teams such as finance, development, product, and SQA. What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related disciplines.
- At least 6 months of experience in writing technical documentation.
- Understand and explain complex technical concepts.
- Ability to understand Rest and Soap APIs and different API client tools like Postman, SoapUI, etc.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to undertake multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs tools especially MS Excel and MS Visio.
