Position: Assistant Manager Procurement

Skills:

Candidate must have Good corporate experience in relevant field.
Strong Coordination Negotiation Skills Costing Management Coordination Skills

JD’s

• Continued liaison with internal departments to achieve greater understanding of requirements sharing of information i.e. market trends, price, quality, delivery, forecast and demand.
• Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
• Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
• Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Improving profits and get savings.
• Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
• Make Sure that all procurement SOPs all strongly followed in entire procurement process.
• Manage Long term service contract with service providers.
• Manage and coordinate entire procurement process, from reception of PR to the issuance of purchase order till final delivery.
• Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks
• Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
• Managing the maintenance of office/manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Monthly reporting through ERP system to the head of procurement in the form of spend analysis
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
• Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
• Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets
• Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Strong follow-up with finance department for the timely release of payments.
• Training new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.
• Updating and maintaining records.
• Updating items catalogue and creation of line items in ERP system.
• Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
• properly issued documents with Hight quality
• tracking all po’s and contracts

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree , Diploma in Supply chain or similar preferred.
Experience: Minimum 8 Years in the relevant field
